I have shown work nationally in Wisconsin, Chicago, California, and Michigan.
For my work I have been the recipient of numerous artist residency opportunities across the United States.
From 2020-2023, during covid, I co-led a kitchen to feed 150+ artists daily at the nation’s second-oldest artist residency OxBow School of Art in Saugatuck, MI.
In 2023, at Ox-Bow, I co-founded their Culinary Artist in Residence program to lift up the work of artists working in Design and Food. Today the residency grants $2,300 to artists annually.
I have taught as an Adjunct Professor of Visual Studies & Critical Studies at Grand Valley State University and most recently at the University of Colorado Boulder in the Art Practices department.
From 2018-2019 I co-led a team at ArtPrize, in Grand Rapids, MI, to bring large scale public art installations to the city as their Public Arts Project Manager.
I have also been a freelance preparator and art handler in Chicago, San Francisco, and at the University of Michigan. Over the years I’ve worked for artists Theaster Gates, Kerry James Marshall, and Cindy Sherman.
